Orders usually leave our warehouse within 2–3 business days.
During peak times (like launch weeks or the holidays), it may take up to 5 business days. You’ll get an email confirmation as soon as your order is on its way.

- UK, Switzerland, Norway: 5–8 business days
- Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 7–12 business days
🚦Customs inspections or carrier delays may occasionally extend delivery times.
Samples (2 mL):
- France 🇫🇷 & EU 🇪🇺: €2 per sample (shipping cost is calculated automatically based on the number of samples in your cart).
Full-size bottles (100 mL):

- UK 🇬🇧, Switzerland 🇨🇭, Norway 🇳🇴: €12 per order

💡 Every full-size bottle comes with a matching 2 mL sample, so you can try the fragrance before opening your bottle. The sample is free and never adds to your shipping costs.
- EU customers: All prices include VAT.
- Outside the EU (US, Canada, UK, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, New Zealand): Prices are tax-free. Local customs duties, taxes, or import fees (and any associated carrier fees) may apply upon delivery—these are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer
👉 For any order shipped outside the European Union, you are considered the importer. This means you’re responsible for any declarations and payments required by your local authorities (customs, duties, or taxes). If a parcel is refused or not claimed by the recipient, our carrier (DHL) will attempt re-delivery. If re-delivery cannot be arranged before the carrier’s cut-off time, the parcel will be destroyed or abandoned by the local authorities in the destination country. In such cases, no refund will be issued, as the shipment is considered definitively lost.

Our return policy, plain & simple ↩️
Our samples (2 mL) are free of charge and therefore non-returnable.
Since each bottle includes a free sample, we ask that you test the fragrance using the sample first. If it’s not for you and you’re based in the European Union, you may return the unopened bottle. Orders delivered outside the European Union are final and cannot be returned.
Conditions for return (EU only):
- The fragrance bottle packaging must be completely unopened and unused, and in perfect original condition.
- The return request must be made within 15 days of delivery.
- To ensure safety and quality, returns must be received within the set timeframe and in perfect, unopened condition. We may refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges for any product that arrives incomplete, damaged, or showing any sign of tampering (including the safety seal).

Return shipping costs are on you (they’ll be deducted from your refund).
- Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving your return.
- Refunds cover the product price only (not the original shipping cost).
