Welcome to French Cowboy.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following:

1. Company Information

2. Products

We currently sell fine fragrances (100 mL bottles and 2 mL discovery samples). All products are intended for external use only. Please avoid contact with eyes and do not ingest. We are not responsible for allergic reactions or misuse of the products.

3. Prices & Payment

  • All prices on our website are shown in euros (€).

  • For customers in the EU, prices include French VAT.

  • For orders shipped outside the European Union: our listed prices are tax-free, as no EU VAT applies. The price you see at checkout is the same as for EU customers, but without VAT. Local customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be charged upon delivery in your country, and these remain the responsibility of the customer.

  • We accept all major payment cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as Shopify’s supported payment options such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal where available.

4. Shipping

  • We ship most orders within 3 business days, and up to 5 business days during peak periods.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • France: 2–4 business days after dispatch

    • EU: 3–6 business days after dispatch

    • UK, Switzerland, Norway: 5–8 business days after dispatch

    • Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 7–12 business days after dispatch

  • For orders outside the EU, please note: any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Discovery samples (2 mL) are available only within the EU and ship separately.

5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your fragrance. Here’s how our return policy works:

  • Orders delivered outside the European Union are final and cannot be returned.

  • If you are based in the European Union, you may return unopened 100 mL bottles within 15 days of delivery.

  • To qualify for a refund, the perfume box must be completely unopened and in its original condition.

  • Discovery samples (2 mL) are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

  • The cost of return shipping (€6) will be deducted from your refund.

6. Liability

Our products are cosmetic items for external use only. French Cowboy cannot be held responsible for damages arising from misuse, non-compliance with safety instructions, or individual sensitivities. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the product in question.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, images, designs, logos, and fragrances — is the property of French Cowboy / Organic Chemistry SAS. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the French courts.
