We currently ship to France, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States, and Canada.

Handling Times

Orders usually ship out within 3 business days (up to 5 during busy periods like launches or holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Delivery Times (after dispatch)

  • France: 2–4 business days

  • European Union: 3–6 business days

  • United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway: 5–8 business days

  • Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 7–12 business days

(Delivery times are estimates. Customs checks or carrier delays can occasionally extend them.)

  • Full bottles:

    • France & European Union: €6

    • United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway: €12

    • Canada: €35 

    • Australia, New Zealand: €35

Duties & Taxes

  • European Union customers: All prices include VAT.

  • Outside the European Union (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand): Prices are tax-free. Local customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply upon delivery—these are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.

👉 For any order shipped outside the European Union, you are considered the importer. This means you are responsible for any declarations and payments required by your local authorities (customs, duties, or taxes). If a parcel is refused or not claimed by the recipient, our carrier (DHL) will attempt re-delivery. If re-delivery cannot be arranged before the carrier’s cut-off time, the parcel will be destroyed or abandoned by the local authorities in the destination country. In such cases, no refund will be issued, as the shipment is considered definitively lost.
